ATLAS ARPA-X: Autonomy Prime

SH130 Intelligent Infrastructure Economic Zone (IIEZ P3) – SH130 & Greenport Labs

The nation’s first Intelligent Infrastructure Corridor is in design and engineering. This corridor will accelerate the “Path to Commerce” and become an “Apparatus of Science” and provide DOE, NSF, DOD, DOT, FCC, FAA, etc. the ability to perform R&D (TRL level 7-MRL) within a robust public environment. We have strong partners for many aspects of the infrastructure such as NextG, APNT, Digital Twins, etc. PINN: Placement – Power – Pipeline – Processing. The 230 nodes (1.5 MW of edge compute) down the 92-mile corridor is in design with all the partners.

Activation, and operations of PINN clusters.

The Intelligent Infrastructure Systems:

230 Public Infrastructure Network Nodes

PINNs supporting 8-16 Modules; each containing “Science Nodes”

2 – 150kw micro datacenters

1.5 MW of compute down a 92-mile corridor

Potential 7,200-volt distribution with digital transformers

Services: M2M Network

Services: APNT + Perception

Services: Sovereign Data Exchange

Services: Active Digital Twin

Services: AI Trust and Cybersecurity framework

Connection to 200 MW Grid Battery (Available Power ERCOT-100)

National sovereignty and global productivity will go to the nations that deploys the Intelligent Infrastructure enabling Industry 4.0. We have the scientists, engineers, plans, technology, and leadership. We are establishing the North Star with a Path to Autonomy. We have been collaborating with dozens of federal agencies and departments to develop alignment. There are now over 200 industry partners engaged to help drive forward a clear Path to Commerce!

Intelligent Infrastructure will spawn a larger impact on our national productivity than electrification and Interstate highways. It enables Industry 4.0 as well as addressing critical needs for our nation today. Intelligent Infrastructure will Build Resilient Communities, Eliminate the Digital Divide, Stimulate Economic Growth, Advance Vision Zero, Create Millions of Jobs, Increase National Productivity, Secure our Supply Chains, and Secure our National Sovereignty.

The Autonomy Institute is establishing an “All-Up” Autonomy program within the United States, supporting industry and many government organizations. Developing a Private ARPA- Applied Research Programs Accelerator. Accelerating the Path to Commerce for Industry 4.0 solutions serving both Civil/Defense.

Investment in a 21st-century Intelligent & Autonomous Infrastructure is among the highest priorities for stimulating economic expansion, national security, and job growth. Edge computing, NextG wireless, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Resilient APNT, and resilient electrical grids will drive the largest infrastructure buildout in our nation’s history.
